Can I create my own hamper instead of choosing one if yours?
Of course you can! We can create a bespoke hamper to suit your requirements and budget. Just call the deli and a member of staff will be happy to help.
How will my hamper be packaged?
Attention to detail is key! All our hampers are carefully packaged to ensure they are they will be delivered safely with no breakages! However, we ensure they will still look beautiful by using quality hamper baskets or cardboard boxes with 100% recyclable shredded paper. Any perishable items will be kept cool with a frozen gel pack which can be reused by the recipient (very handy to keep sandwiches cool in lunchboxes!)
Can I leave a personal message?
All hampers come with a personal message card in a lovely envelope. All messages are handwritten to give that personal touch. Any inappropriate message will be declined, and you will asked to provide an alternative.
Can I track my order?
Where possible you can track your order however we will do that for you. If you have any concerns, you can just give us a call.
I am having trouble ordering what I want online, what should I do?
If you give us a ring at the deli a member of staff will be able to help you with your order
Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver to the UK mainland.
How quickly can we deliver?
We offer next day delivery on order placed from Monday to Friday before 12pm.
Can you deliver on a specific date?
Yes, any working day can be selected with no extra charge however deliveries on Monday cannot have perishable goods (cheese/meats) in as they can not be held in storage overnight.

What happened if the recipient is out?
Ideally you should book your delivery to an address where you know someone will be home to receive the parcel especially if you have ordered perishable goods. We use DPD couriers who will attempt to deliver to a neighbour first, If that is unsuccessful they will leave a card with details of how to rearrange collection. Next day deliver also offers a one-hour time slot for the recipient who will be notified by sms or email before the delivery is made.
What happens if you give us the wrong address?
If the parcel can not be delivered due to an error in the details you have provided, the parcel may be returned to us. If we have to resend or replace any perishable stock, you will be charged.
I have concerns about allergens, what can I do?
If you have any questions about allergens then please just call the deli and we can ensure that we create a hamper that is suitable.
