  1. Agree and Authority
  • By making a purchase from our website, by phone or by email (The Deli on the Hill Prestatyn Ltd) you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions at the time of the transaction.
  • All orders received are subject to acceptance by The Deli on the Hill and reserve the right to be rejected without reason if necessary.
  • All goods remain the property of The Deli on the Hill until they have been paid in full.

       

      1. Amendments
        • The Deli on the Hill reserve the right to update the Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes with be shown on the website.

       

      1. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
        • The Deli on the Hill do not share information to third parties other than couriers.
        • The Deli on the Hill do not make sales calls or contact customers unless they have a question regarding the order.

       

      1. Protecting Your Security
        • All information provided at the checkout and payment area will be fully encrypted using a certified payment company

       

      1. Eligibility to Purchase
        • To be eligible to purchase goods on the website you must register your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other details requested.
        • To purchase alcohol, you must be 18 years of age
        • By offering to purchase goods or attempt to purchase goods, you authorise us to transmit information to the administrators of our selected payment method selected.
        • It is a criminal offence to purchase goods on a stolen credit card or with stolen personal details or with a false name. The Deli on the Hill reserve the right to withhold goods and terminate any account details if fraudulent activity is suspected.

       

      1. Order
        • Any deliveries outside of Great Britain must be placed via telephone.
        • A full list of contents is given with each gift. Photography props are not included unless stated in contents description.
        • Gifts containing perishable food such as cheese or meats should be kept cool upon receipt until they are ready to be eaten. We recommend ordering for the delivery date to be at the point of requirement. The Deli on the Hill are not responsible for the goods once they have arrived to you unless they have been damaged in transit.
        • It is advised to check the contents of the hampers before purchase to ensure satisfaction this includes weights and measures of products, ingredients and variations.
        • Before placing your order, you must read the terms and conditions and tick the box provided to confirm this.
        • Whilst The Deli on the Hill makes every effort to supply items described in our listing, in the event of supply difficulty, it may be necessary to substitute goods for an equal or higher value.

      1. Cancellation of Orders
        • We have the right to cancel orders up to the day of dispatch when a full refund will be issued.
        • Online purchases – the customer has the right to cancel after receipt of goods (this does not include food and drink items that cannot be resold). A full refund will be given once items are returned to The Deli on the Hill Prestatyn Ltd. All goods must be returned in a saleable condition.

       

      1. Damaged and Faulty Goods
        • Hampers that have been delivered damaged or have damaged contents must be notified to The Deli on the Hill within 48 hours of receipt of goods. An image of the damaged items/hamper must be provided.
        • If a replacement hamper is not longer suitable, a partial refund will be given once items have been returned and investigated.

       

      1. Delivery
        • Delivery charges are included in your purchase.
        • It is your responsibility to provide the correct, accurate and up to date information about the delivery address and ensure that your recipient will be available on the day of delivery. If inaccurate details are provided The Deli on the Hill will not be responsible for the costs for redirections or redelivery. Where goods are delivered to the given address The Deli on the Hill Prestatyn Ltd cannot accept responsibility if your recipient has moved or lives elsewhere and the receiver refuses or fails to return the items.
        • The Deli on the Hill cannot offer refunds on any fresh products that have spoiled due to the delivery address being wrong or the recipient not being home to receive the goods.
        • If the first delivery is not successful, the delivery driver will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour. They will leave a card with instruction on what to do to retrieve it.
        • Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to hospitals or PO Box addresses.
        • Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday can be delivered the next working day. Guaranteed delivers before 10am and 12am can be arranged for an additional cost.
        • Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers requirements, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, war, strike, Lockdown, fire, flood or other events that may be out of our control.
